After you finish tutorial once, all the classes you create next, you can skip tutorial and start at level 10 straight. It was an OP class where both dealers and supporters were possible, but it was nerfed 4 times in a row. Despite this, it is still very popular in endgame. Lost Ark's endgame is full of death. Therefore, the Gunlancer with the highest survivability (defense + stamina) is a very popular class in the party. Coming into lost ark this is the class i wanted to play the most. She didn’t disappoint one bit and exceeds my expectations. DPS is definitely lower than the broken classes like sorc and db, but I main shadowhunter so it’s not really that much difference.Chances are, you won't regret it. TL;DR: Most preferred DPS classes: Gunlancer, Wardancer, Glavier, Destroyer Least preferred DPS classes: Striker, Demonic, Arcana, Summoner GS is one of the most expensive classes. While it is fine to play it without max gear, the absolut top tier damage comes with having everything maxed. Other classes often need some very important tripods and are kinda fine then. Like DB, needs like 5. For Gunslinger, every single one will push the dmg. As someone who has a lot of characters and does friends' raids for them and have played most classes. Peace maker gunslinger is the most fun for me since it gives a lot of options for different situations, and learning skill rotations for each situation is hard to master but fun to play.
